DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage and maintain the network infrastructure both on-prem and cloud.
Monitor, collect and analyze the traffic logs to optimize the network performance.- Responsible for ensuring physical and technical security controls are in-place.
Monitor bandwidth utilization and network traffic logs.
- Responsible for configuring routers and switches.
Responsible for installing, configuring and updating hardware and networking issues.- Responsible for placing network resiliency and provide contingency and disaster recovery plans.
Responsible for evaluating and testing new technologies to improve business transactions and help users to be more productive and efficient in their work.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to deliver the tasks and provide immediate solution.
Responsible for providing appropriate and best networking design and solution.- Responsible for creating procedures related to work.
Train and guide technical support staff to ensure IT standards and policies are being followed.
- Carry out agreed operational procedures, network maintenance tasks including network installation, configurations and upgrade.
Responsible for fixing the networking issues in timely manner.- Responsible in performing other works given.
Travel anytime when required.
At least 3 years with solid experience in handling network infrastructure in a hybrid environment.
- Has hands-on experienced and implementation of virtualization technology.
Has hands-on experienced and implementation of cloud technology.- Knowledgeable in performing database optimization and knows some SQL scripting.
Knowledgeable in VoIP implementation.
- Knowledgeable in disaster recovery and contingency measures.
Has good knowledge in network security controls.- Good communication and written skills.
Good customer service and support skills
- Excellent problem solver with good analytical skills.
Able to handle problems in professional manner.- Willing to extend hours for task completion.
Must be organized and keen for deadline.
- Able to work within a team.
