Qualifications: Microsoft .Net (Mandatory)
- Blazor Application Framework (Desirable)
Zamarin Application Framework(Desirable)- MAUI Application Framework (Desirable)
Azure Infrastructure Experience (Desirable)
At least 3 years as a Developer in the Finance Industry (Previous Insurance Experience is preferred)
- A bachelor's degree in IT
Training in Agile Methodologies or equivalent work experience- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Teams are particularly beneficial
Training in Design Thinking or Human Centred design would be an advantage
Owns the solution design decisions for RA assets covering core applications, API's and data platform
- Works with the UX Lead and Product Owner to ensure application changes meet stakeholders expectations
Ensuring that all components are designed, and documentation of the platforms are maintained- Ensuring that quality of individual work meets RA development guidelines and standards
Ensuring the Software developed is testable, scalable and efficient. Including the development of automated test cases
- Working through options analysis with the technical and business teams to make a recommendation that meets everyone's needs
Ensuring the designed software meets the business outcome- Able to contribute to the coding of the application set
Contributing to release documentation such as change impacts and completed and releases to stakeholders via lead developer and product owner
- Working with the lead developer and Product owner on what can fit into a sprint and evaluating estimates for spring prioritisation.
