To ensure the attainment of territory's sales, distribution, strike rate, merchandising, and collection objectives within set standards. Ensure optimum field sales performance through regular coaching.
- Achievement of sell-out, reach, distribution, strike rate and market hygiene targets.
Achievement of business plans based on set strategies (territory development)- Consistent application of standards and policies in assigned territory (territory Development)
Flawless Execution of monthly Cycle Plans
- Management of Accounts Receivables
Effective Execution, reportage, feedback & communication to Distributor Leadership Team
