Scope & Responsibilities:
- Strive for NCLEX exam readiness through dedicated study within 5-6 months.
- Take practice tests and seek mentorship for effective preparation.
- Apply theoretical knowledge in clinical settings during reviews.
- Enhance proficiency in nursing assessments and patient care.
- Commit to working as a USRN for 2 years post-NCLEX.
- Provide competent and compassionate patient care according to client's standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing with an active PRC license.
- 2 years of bedside experience as a staff nurse.
- Willing to commit to a 2-year bond.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to provide Certificates of Employment (COEs).
- First time applicant for NCLEX (no pending applications).
