Diploma or Bachelor s degree - with at least 1 year Trainer experience in Content Moderator/Customer Service experience

• Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct quality assessments of content moderation decisions to ensure compliance with company policies and community standards.

• Provide detailed feedback and coaching to content moderators to improve their performance and decision-making skills.

Develop and implement quality assurance guidelines and processes for content moderation.

• Monitor and analyze content trends, providing insights and recommendations to improve moderation strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including training, operations, and product development, to enhance content moderation practices.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and regulations in content moderation and ensure compliance with local laws and industry standards.

Handle escalations and complex cases that require a higher level of scrutiny and judgment.

• Qualifications:

Native proficiency in Korean (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in content moderation, Trainer analysis, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and training.

High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with content moderation tools and platforms is a plus.
