National Warehouse Manager

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial), Management or equivalent.

At least 5-10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Working experience in warehouse operations & efficiency metrics.

Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data and has keen attention to details

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Efficient time management capabilities.

• Effective compliance to instructions.

WMS and SAP knowledge and experience is a must

• Familiar with shifting operations on a 24/7 mode

Willing to handle multiple warehouses, to work during Saturday, holidays and extended hours.

• Must be amenable to work and travel in different locations.

Must be living in/near Pasig City.

• Job Description:

Direct, optimize and coordinate full order & replenishment cycle.

• Ensure zero run-out at warehouse level vs. forecast.

Coordinate with Sales Division and Key Customers to ensure forecast demand is updated

• Coordinate with Manufacturing and Purchasing to ensure forecast demand from customer side is provided to suppliers (SSOP).

Analyze & define minimum re-order point (MRP) for each SKU in each warehouse location.

• Trigger replenishment deliveries to all warehouse locations to ensure no run-out of any SKUs.

Resolve any arising problems or complaints

• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements

Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, costs and efficiency

• Working proactively with various departments to realize efficiencies and manage expectations

Conduct actual physical inventory count of active SKU completely on the same day from time-to-time.

• Conduct actual vs. record inventory reconciliation reports, investigation & action plan.

Implement Good Warehousing Practice (GWP) best practices.

• Conduct training & facility audit on Good Warehouse Practice (GWP), HSES and 5S Program.

Investigate and manage customer complaints related to products issued from the warehouse.

• Resolve any arising problems or complaints

Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements

• Comply with laws, regulations and OHS&E requirements

Continuously look for improvements to operations

• Analyze and interpret OPEX.

Other projects, activities and tasks assigned from time to time.
