NATIONAL TRAINER
- Train the employees such as product training, sales training, dealers training, new products training, newly onboard training, skills training, etc.;
Manage Promoters and Sales Team regarding the concerns, support and other requests that will help boost the sellout;- Conducts regular store visit to asses overall business productivity and monitor competitive activities;
Create Programs like Sales Competition, Promoter and Sales Team Standards, Incentives, Targets, Rewards, FL Programs,
- Creates functional and technical training decks to help develop the skills and knowledge of employees such as Personality Development, Selling Techniques Training Deck, Low Performance Training, Company Profile Introduction, etc.;
Establishes a good working relationship with Partner Dealers and agencies;- Address dealer concerns and issues regarding the process and product;
Monitor and analyze Daily, Weekly & Monthly Sales Data Reports and Employee Productivity
