Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The role is principally responsible for raising revenue and expanding business opportunities that allow the organization to achieve and sustain its mission. The position's main task is to plan, lead and direct, organize and efficiently control all sales programs, projects and revenue-related activities of the organization. He / She must create business strategic plans to generate more revenue, help increase brand loyalty, and improve total customer experience with utmost competence at all times.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Directs the SME's, Independent and RECA Categories Sales Team with the important elements of EQ's products and services; in order to give them the tools to be successful members.
  • Analyzes the sales performance of individual teeam member in order to provide furtheer guidance in achieving the end goal.
  • Meets budgeted revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual as set by the company
  • Develops and regularly updates a comprehensive sales and business development plan with targeted goals, objectives, methods, quantifiable outcomes and timelines to achieve organizational sustainability and annual budget goals
  • Establishes, maintains and plans the overall policies and goals that can help Equilibrium Intertrade Corporation grow its business and ensure success
  • Identifies potential business partners and negotiates agreements
  • Plans and executes new customer acquisition by exploring various means to achieve sales growth
  • Identifies and develops new and existing referral sources to develop successful referring relationship
  • Spearhead the product research, development, pricing and initiates on the marketing initiatives, recommendations and programs with Marketing (CSR) AND Executive Departments.
  • Vigorously determines and produces opportunities by identifying new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Co-creates and develops standards for customer service excellence and makes proper evaluation thereof; works closely with the Executive Department.
  • Maintains good working relationship with existing clients to increase client retention and new referrals.
  • Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for all Territories and develops budgets, policies, procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
  • Analyzes the ROI for every investment made by EQ including people resources, training, machineries, business methodologies and changes.
  • Make financial projections and valuations that make up EQ and its business affiliates.
  • Leads and motivates respective Talent and comes up with innovative solutions to day-to-day development.
  • Regularly creates business reports and analytics and recommends appropriate action to the Executive Committee.
  • Develops and maintains business systems, compliance and documentation for all departmental requirements
  • Liaise with Finance, Supply Chain, Technical Services and Roastery Departments on all revenue related matters, issues and pressing needs, reports and analytics to achieve overall organizational goals and objectives.
  • Executes effective Talent Management and Engagement for the specified sales territory and category.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & CREDENTIALS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Administration, Sales, Marketing or any related field
  • MBA / Master's Degree or equivalent certification is a plus factor
  • Must at least have a 10-year successful experience in the same role and industry (FMCG); at least five years or more at a Senior Managerial level
  • Must have competitive intelligence on Sales and proven sales track record
  • Must have a very strong Sales Management background; significant experience with a fast-paced and high activity field team
  • Possesses a good knowledge of economics and how current market trends influence sales
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite and has excellent knowledge of CRM software
