Job Description
The HR and Payroll Implementation Consultant primarily does configuration for HR and Payroll system during the entire implementation phase of new and Migrated NAS clients. Responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of the payroll module in the ADP's Current and Next Gen HCM. Collaborate with implementation teams to complete requirements gathering, determine solution design, and complete system configuration based on the project's scope. Configure systems that are based on the design requirements documented by the client-facing implementation consultant, and are accurate, validated, and proven. Execute updates based on documentation changes throughout the iterative modeling, collaborate and validate the process
PRODUCT / TECHNICAL SKILLS Fluent in English (verbal and written) Proficient in PC navigation and Knowledgeable in use of Microsoft Office Tools QUALIFICATIONS A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include: US Benefits & Payroll Knowledge Payroll, Time, and General Ledger related training is an advantage. FPC/CPP certifications are an advantage. Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
