Development of channels of communication with the partners in the deliver of PRC services
- Set up photographic equipment, take photos and videos, edit and retouch image
Prepares, plans, and illustrates concept for communication/visibility materials by gathering information and producing required outputs- Obtain approval of concept and layouts to the immediate supervisor and work on the necessary revisions/recommendations
Motivation of key PRC constituents; corporate partners, donors, clients, employees and chapters of the plans, programs and projects of the Red Cross
- Ensure photo, video and other communication materials are of high other requesting offices/services and directly reports to the Communication Manager
Draft, format, review layout and guarantee quality of resources (photo/video/visibility materials) needed and ensure that they are suitable for external dissemination
- Attends deployment tasks/assignments for required documentation of events/disaster assessments etc. through coordination with other services and field/local chapters team for deployment
To promote services of, and build public trust in, the PRC as a focused, fast, friendly, flexible and forward-looking humanitarian organization
- Ensure promotion of equipment and carrying out checking and maintenance requirements and troubleshooting malfunctions
Attend training, seminars and other meetings that require proper documentation- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Perform all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by the manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Visual Arts, Mass Communication or other related courses
With at least 2 yrs experience in lay-outing, graphic design and drawing, graphic or commercial art experience
- Knowledgeable of the usage of different cameras
Willing to work on site at Mandaluyong and on field
