Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • I.Roles & Responsibilities

Create relevant, effective, on-brand photos and videos for use in Terry's Activities, including but not limited to:
  • Digital applications, such as but not limited to social media, website, newsletters, store displays, e-learning & training materials, etc.
Print applications, such as but not limited to: posters, catalogues, flyers, menus, tent cards, product labels, mailers & invitations, signages, etc.

Handle all stages of the production of photo & video assets, including but not limited to:
  • Source and canvass suppliers, materials, etc. according to budget
Acquire and adjust quotations to fit project requirements & budgets
  • Acquire and adjust quotations to fit project requirements & budgets

Handle all stages of Documentation of all Terry's products, services, and activities including but not limited to:
  • Creating / shooting photo & videos of Terry's products, services, and activities
Sharing live documentation of activities to social media as required
  • Creation, monitoring, update, and maintenance of all photo & video assets received from suppliers, collaborators, team members, and other departments
Research and monitor Competitors in terms of strategies, activities, technologies used, and other relevant Marketing aspects

Assists in:
  • Organisation of event, logistics, and photo documentation
Devising methods and procedures for collecting data such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data
  • Receiving feedback from relevant stakeholders (depending on the activity, e.g. branches, operations point persons, clients, etc.)
  • II. Scope of Work:

Marketing Activities encompass the following, with additional specifics:
  • Regular Marketing Functions
Monthly, regular Activities
  • These refer to the regularly scheduled activities such as, but not limited to:

Wine of the Month, Housewines, and their food pairings, monthly Events

like Wine Classes or Dinners, Sunday 15% off, etc.
  • Promotional Campaigns
These refer to special and/or seasonal campaigns, such as but not limited

to: Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Christmas in November, Chardonnay

Day, etc.

Events
  • These refer to internal events outside of monthly programming, such as but

not limited to: supplier visits to the Philippines and their related events,

Calle del Laurel, Bespoke Wine Classes, Bespoke Menu + Wine Pairing

events, etc.

Branch Support & Training
  • These refer to materials and activities that support the Branches in their

capacity to sell and communicate effectively and in line with the Terry's

Brand, such as but not limited to:
  • Ensuring appropriate, updated materials & collaterals for execution

of campaigns, events, and other activities
  • Creating training materials for brand overview, product training,

services training, marketing activities, etc.

In conjunction with Data & CRM Officer

External Partnerships & Collaborations
  • Assets needed for digital apps (e.g. FoodPanda, PandaMart, Grab,

etc.) such as updated listings and photos, brand assets, and

advertising, and other updates in response to any new activities that

affect these apps
  • External marketing requests / inquiries / projects (e.g.

correspondence for proposals & partnership requests, mall-related

activities in relation to Branches, etc.)

Marketing Team & Resources:
  • Team tasks, deliverables, & KPIs
Stores & Services Databases (e.g. photos, store hours, contact

numbers, ongoing activities, collaterals in use & status of these, etc.)
  • QUALIFICATIONS:
Promote and always keep a climate of cooperation and respect between co-

  • Adhere, comply and put to practice the values, mission, rules and policies of the organization in a consistent manner in order to maintain and instill respect and integrity of the organization.
Take and execute other conditions and responsibilities, delegated by management as necessary in relation to the business operation in order to maintain a smooth and production operations of the sales organization.
  • Identify clear priorities and focus on them at all times.
Submission of reports on or before the set deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,
  • 00 - Php18,000.00 per month
