- Key Responsibilities: Multimedia Staff
Conceptualize, design, and produce captivating motion graphics for various purposes, including marketing campaigns, social media content, website elements, and video presentations.
Develop animated visuals that effectively communicate complex ideas, messages, and concepts through dynamic and engaging animations.
Create visually stunning transitions, effects, and animations to enhance user experiences and captivate target audiences.
Collaborate with the design team to create static graphic materials, such as banners, posters, infographics, and illustrations, ensuring consistency with the brand's visual identity.
Design and layout print and digital collateral, adhering to design guidelines and maintaining a cohesive and polished aesthetic.
- 3. Conceptualization and Ideation:
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts for motion graphics and visual content.
Transform ideas into design solutions that effectively convey brand messages and meet project objectives.
- 4. Storyboarding and Visualization:
Develop storyboards and visual mockups to outline the flow and sequence of motion graphics, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
Present visual concepts and ideas to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback and refining designs as needed.
- 5. Technical Proficiency:
Utilize industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) to create high-quality motion graphics and design assets.
Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in graphic design and motion graphics, continuously improving skills and knowledge.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and development, to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Communicate design ideas, progress, and concepts effectively to team members and clients.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and animation skills.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and motion software, including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Strong creative thinking, conceptualization, and ideation abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both creative and non-creative teams.

- Proven experience (X years) working as a graphic designer/multimedia designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across various mediums.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to effectively lead and manage a team of designers.- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with team members, and clients.
