Job Title: Multimedia Designer

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:
OLIVER is a rapidly expanding creative services agency with a twist we provide our clients with bespoke dedicated agencies that operate from within their offices. We are building a team of individuals who have the ability and confidence to learn on the job and help the client transform their marketing capabilities. The Multimedia Designer will need to work on-site with one of our key clients in Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of digital first advertising and creative content. The candidate will conceptualize and develop ideas and craft design for creative assets social media, content creation, direct to consumer content, owned assets, product collaterals, and other branded assets.
They would need to design to the client's brief and exacting standards whilst positively influencing clients with their creative input in addition to undertaking and pitching new creative concepts.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Responsible for brand guardianship applying consistency across all outputs
- To be responsible for the full creative lifecycle from concept to execution -- To work actively with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the highest level of client service from brief, creative, design and production
- To provide leadership, best practise and direction to the juniors and multidisciplinary client digital team.
- Proactive and adaptable, able to effectively work under pressure
- Establish and manage relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver the agreed deliverables
- Responsible for the timely delivery of projects, escalating any potential issues the relevant parties
- A keen attention to detail and timelines
- To develop a deep understanding of target audiences and the clients marketing strategy to deliver high quality results that have an instant and positive impact

- Experience in moving motion and video editing is mandatory.
- To oversee and manage the preparation of all finished artwork files that will comply with the correct output specifications
- To create visually engaging digital content with basic to intermediate animation
- Establishing a clear and efficient workflow process with Clients to help manage the team's workload and ways-of-working
- Client relations, main point of contact on-site, managing day to day relationships with key stakeholders

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:
Person specification and key skills
- To be self-motivated, working with little supervision, communicating clearly with a line manager about own development needs.
- Multimedia arts graduate/field related
- The ability to manage and filter workflow as well as organise and prioritise workloads to maximise productivity
- Ability to take and challenge a client's brief and help them through the creative process
- Creative ability with strong Adobe CS (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
- Strong in After Effects or any other digital animation software and video editing
- Some exposure and knowledge of account management
- Ability to pull weekly financial figures.
- Experience of providing clear and accurate Management information
- A good multitasker and problem solver
- Comfortable managing large design and creative ideation projects
- Guardian of the client's brand guidelines, constantly challenging and developing them
- Working knowledge of digital design and its requirements is a benefit
