Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Digital and MarComm/PR Manager, the Multimedia Designer, is responsible for managing all design requirements and stands as an overall graphic brand guardian for Chroma and its brands, ensuring that the correct brand standards are consistently applied and implemented across all properties.
Administration & Collateral
- Graphic Design: Creating visual assets such as logos, infographics, and layouts for print and digital media including, but not limited to social posts, website assets, corporate, hotel and F&B collateral.
- Video Production: Producing, editing, and enhancing video content, including, but not limited to Audiovisual Presentations, promotional videos, and Social Media Reels and the like.
- Animation: Designing and animating graphics and typography.
- Research and Concept Development: Staying current with industry trends, researching topics, and developing creative concepts for multimedia projects.
- Collaboration: Working with the marketing team, and other stakeholders to understand project goals, ideate, conceptualize, develop and deliver effective multimedia solutions such as Group-wide campaigns, Thematic Promotions and other marketing campaigns. Coordinates with third party suppliers to ensure the companys needs are responded to in a timely manner.
- Software Proficiency: Utilizing design and multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), as well as other tools specific to animation, video editing, and web design (Canva, Cap Cut, Figma, etc.).
- Project Management: Managing the Job Orders from different departments and managing the timelines, and resources for multimedia projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.
- File Management: Develop and implement an organized filing system for all the editable files ensuring easy retrieval and opening for other designers.
General Responsibilities
- Adhere to brand graphics standards in all print advertising materials, social media (reels/videos), online banner display, email banners, and hotel in-house collaterals.
- Develop and enhance hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
- Keeps immediate superior promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
- Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position
- Prepares reports as required and necessary to develop a more informative database for improved management decision-making and critical evaluation of work activities.
- Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
- At all times, projects a favorable image of Chroma Hospitality Inc., to the public.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in multimedia design, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, or resort industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, including social media, video production, and web design principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and operational teams to create effective, on-brand content.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of multimedia projects, including video, animation, and graphic design work.
- Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work in Muntinlupa City.
