Exterior and interior Structural Maintenance services must be performed properly and timely, ensuring that all buildings are maintained in a good quality.- Accountability for all maintenance plans of the building and structural scope, that is development, execution, documentation of the maintenance plans in the maintenance systems of the Client as well keeping it up to date and improving the maintenance
Provide a high degree of responsiveness and technical expertise in executing the projects safely, accurately and rapidly. Services will include reconfigurations of process piping and utilities systems to support process manufacturing areas.
- All relevant revisions, operation inspections and planned maintenance are performed at specified terms, including the delivery of maintenance reports and the appropriate documents from supplier and OEM (if applicable)
Repair gaps and cracks in building exterior walls, dock and other external locks, overhead doors, apertures and roofing to prevent water seepage into buildings of foundations.- Making inspection, maintenance and repair of all site building's exterior and interior and main building equipment including but not limited to walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, canopy, bridges, warehousing racks, walkways ceilings, mats, doors, rolling gates, windows, wheels locking, loading docks, manholes, emergency lights etc.
Responsible for the inspection and maintenance of the offices included but not limited to workstations, chairs, walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, terrace, etc.
