Responsible for the maintenance and operations of the buildings electrical and mechanical system and equipment.
-electrical system (ATS and generator set)- -water, plumbing and sewage system
-mechanical equipment (pumps and compressor)
- -masonry and carpentry works
-repainting works- preferably with experience in high/low rise buildings
Willing to be assigned in Pasig City.
