Duties and Responsibilities:- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. Address and resolve breakdowns in a timely manner to minimize operation interruptions.- Identify and analyze the root cause of equipment malfunctions or system failures and implement effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and any observations. Update maintenance logs and reports as needed.
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or issues promptly.
Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment or machinery, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.- Provide on-call support for emergency repairs and urgent maintenance issues outside regular working hours, as required.
Do other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
