JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary.
- Implement preventive maintenance measures.
- Maintain inventory of repair and equipment supplies.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma / short course certificate
- NCI / NCII holder is an advantage.
- At least 1 year experience is required for this position.
- Candidate must have a relevant experience in installation, repairs and servicing of A/C
- Knows how to drive / with valid driver's license.
- With good moral character.
