Job Description: Provide effective and consistent IT support to our customers via our ServiceDesk Maintain excellent customer relations with allclients Operate monitoring systems to identify faults and to execute maintenance. Analyzethe cause of technical faults in server, network, and storage systems Execute technical repairs as a skilled Server and Network Engineer Maintain/update sitedocumentations Provide timely status updates toclients Report systemic problems to prevent them from repeating (problem management) Consider impacts of changes in customer environmentsthrough the use ofchange managementprocesses Apply fundamental troubleshooting skills to issues before escalating to the appropriategroup Skills & Qualifications: Very high-level verbal and written English Preferably with MSP Experience 3+ years experience in IT support or similar roles Extensive experience working within ticketing systems. Extensive Experience working with monitoring / RMM systems. Knowledge and Hands-On experience with Active Directory, Exchange Server, Terminal Services and virtualization Hardware / peripheral skills such as Printers, networking gear, wireless devices, laptops Microsoft365 and Windows Azure experience Backup experience with Datto and Shadowprotect is an advantage Experience in supporting infrastructure for various platforms such as Windows Server, Azure, Office 365, MS HyperV, and Remote Desktop Services MAC Oriented experience preferred but not required
