About the Job
Service Delivery
- Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from Level 1 Service Engineers
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
- Manage and support user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems
- Work with Active Directory, Office 365, and other common enterprise IT systems
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer back-up failures
Projects
- Action assigned minor works and project tickets
- Participate in internal IT projects and initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of IT services
- Suggest and implement enhancements to improve system reliability, security, and performance
- Assist in completing audits of existing equipment
Administration
- Follow up outstanding tickets and record outcome accurately
- Update your timesheet to reflect time spent on each ticket
- Proactively work on priority queue items when not on the phone
- Document all support interactions and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Assist with knowledge transfer and training to other staff members
Your Qualification
Must Have Skills and Experience:
- Microsoft 365 & Azure Technologies such as Admin Portal, inTune, Entra, PIM, Licensing and Security
- Advanced Windows Desktop Management and troubleshooting
- Backup Technologies such as Acronis, AFI & Veeam
- Networking and Firewall experience with Ubiquiti, Fortinet & Meraki
- Entry level Microsoft Server Administration and Troubleshooting
- 2+ years developed technical capabilities preferably with MSP experience
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving Level 2 hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
