Qualifications:- Experience in SFB 2015, Lync 2013 with Enterprise voice and Hybrid Solution.
Migration from Skype to Teams- Teams Architecture and Direct Routing
Endpoint handling of Skype and Teams phone devices
- Experience of Migrating from Legacy system to Teams
Teams Policies and Features- Understanding of Call Queue and Auto Attendant
Understanding of AAD, Network/Firewall rules and DNS for Direct Routing.
- Troubleshooting Teams issue and Call Quality Reporting Analysis.
Emergency Call routing in Teams- Develop technology road-maps for Unified Communications & Collaboration Services
Co-ordination with MS and other Vendors for Issues/Tracker.
- Health Check of Servers and Powershell Scripting
Audio/Video design and integration experience- Ability to Plan and deploy Microsoft Teams
Ability to Implement Lifecycle Management and Governance for MS Teams
- Should have sound knowledge on Monitoring MS Teams environment
Ability to Manage access for External User- Should know how to Implement security and compliance for MS Teams
Ability to take Transition from Skype for Business to MS Teams
- Know how to Create and Manage Teams
Ability to Plan and configure network setting for MS Teams- Ability to Manage Collaboration Experience for Chat and Channel
Should have knowledge in Managing Apps for MS teams
- Ability to Manage Meeting and virtual events experiences
Should know how to Configure and manage MS Teams device Manage Phone System for MS Teams
- Troubleshoot Audio, Video and Client issues
Ability to run and execute PowerShell script in MS Teams ModuleCertifications - Good to have MS 700 certification, MS 900 certification
