What You'll Be Doing:
  • Track all drug test paperwork by obtaining it from the lab website, via fax or within the system.
  • Quality check of downloaded information in database.
  • Receive documentation via email/fax and attach to correct test.
  • Perform other duties and related functions as needed or assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of MS Office (word, excel) with 10-key and typing skills of 40 wpm Strong data entry skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent customer service skills Strong phone etiquette and professionalism
  • Quick learner, self-motivated and ability to work independently to meet deadlines
  • Ability to listen to team members feedback and self-correct/adjust as necessary
  • Positive and friendly attitude and ability to work in a team environment
  • Expected to be at work on time and on days scheduled
