- Graduate of any 4 year business course
WITH OWN MOTORCYCLE- At least 3 years related work experience
With background in financing institution
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications.
Familiarity with the different Loan and financial Processes is an advantage.- Honest & trustworthy, Can Do attitude, with great sense of responsibility, resourceful and flexible. Creative and can think out-of-the-box.
- BASIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote, offer and secure loans via door-to-door marketing.
Verify and confirm authenticity of the borrower's information and requirements in accordance to company policies & procedures- Release loan proceeds to borrowers
Expedites resolution of customer problems, concerns and complaints in accordance with the company policies and procedures and in coordination with his immediate supervisor and/or concerned departments
- Evaluate, qualify and acquire potential agency verifiers and contacts
Ensure consistent production and management of assigned agencies- Analyses the market's potential
Provide market and competitor's analysis as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies as needed.
