Graduate of any 4 year business course At least 3 years related work experience
- With background in financing institution
Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications.- Familiarity with the different Loan and financial Processes is an advantage.

- BASIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Promote, offer and secure loans via door-to-door marketing.
- Verify and confirm authenticity of the borrower's information and requirements in accordance to company policies & procedures
Release loan proceeds to borrowers- Expedites resolution of customer problems, concerns and complaints in accordance with the company policies and procedures and in coordination with his immediate supervisor and/or concerned departments
Evaluate, qualify and acquire potential agency verifiers and contacts
- Ensure consistent production and management of assigned agencies
Analyses the market's potential- Provide market and competitor's analysis as needed.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies as needed.
