Job Summary: Motorcycle Loan Processor is responsible for achieving sales targets by assisting customers who apply for 2-Wheel loans and ensuring timely completion of loan applications. The Motorcycle Loan Processor will coordinate with dealers, update them on loan application status, conduct customer briefings, and build and maintain business relationships with dealers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve given sales targets through effective loan processing and sales techniques
Assist customers in applying for 2-Wheel loans and provide guidance throughout the application process- Coordinate with dealers to ensure timely completion of loan applications
Update dealers on the status of loan applications and provide necessary documentation
- Conduct customer briefings during unit release and loan document signing
Ensure completion of documentary requirements needed for booking- Build and maintain business relationships with dealers
Attend to customer inquiries and concerns regarding loan applications
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least a high school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or any related field
Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills- Minimum of 1 year sales experience preferably in loan processing / financing
Knowledge in auto or motorcycle industry and coordinating with dealers
- Competitive attitude and sharp sales chops
With own motorcycle and valid driver's license- Willing to work within Pasig City.
