- Working shifts: Dayshift (8:00am 05:00pm or 09:00-06:00pm)

- Duties and Responsibilities
Work with the Training Supervisor, Operations Supervisors, Quality Specialists to provide (new hire) training to meet the client's deliverables
- Take ownership of training/projects assigned, including coordination of supplies, equipment and training materials. Takes a leadership role from conception to completion of training class preparation and execution.
Review and analyze client's training materials and recommend necessary changes to provide increased effectiveness. Works with clients to incorporate the changes.- Design, administer, and analyze training evaluations to assess effectiveness of programs and provides recommendations as needed
Gear and vehicle inspection for 2W Riders/ delivery-partners
- Double hat as registration staff and floor usher as needed
Provides evaluation and recommendation for riders
- Experience desired (if any):
Has knowledge about motorcycles and with active driver's license (required)- Owns a motorcycle and has motorcycle driving experience (required)
Graduate of any bachelor's degree or college level
- 1-2 years experience with face-to-face customer service support and similar task/responsibilities.
Amendable to be assigned to different projects/location when required- Open to rendering overtime when required during peak days and events
Amenable to be assigned to different location due to business need / events
