Job Description
- Direct activities of the Motor Pool area.
Responsible for overseeing the assessment, preparation, inspection, dispatch, maintenance, repair & disposal of all the plant equipment & machineries.- Coordinating activities including work assignment, setting priorities & targets and directing work of his subordinates is a major responsibility.
Supervision as to the troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance activities is required.
- Review repair requests & make appropriate recommendations.
Check requests for industrial tools, equipment, supplies, replacement parts and other materials in the motor pool area.- Analyze productivity and implement efficiency program.
Maintain records, prepare reports and compose correspondence relative to work.
