Position Summary
The Motion Graphic Designer/Content Creator shall work closely with the Manager to conceptualize and execute digital marketing campaigns for the brand's social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This mainly involves creating video content (reels) to maximize brand and product awareness.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute social media campaigns from creating marketing collateral such as social media posts (reel-based funny videos 15-60s), digital ads, etc., to publishing content to increase the brand's awareness and maximize social media engagement
Ensure final graphics are visually appealing and in line with the brand's image- Manage the social media accounts of the company by posting meaningful content
Analyze and interpret social media performance and insight with reference to sales lead generation and metrics on e-commerce platforms
- Design store and product decorations on e-commerce platforms if needed
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess or shall be undertaking a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Motion Graphic Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts or of any related course
Proficiency in the production of videos and reels is highly preferred- Fresh graduates or current university students are welcome to apply
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop is recommended
Social media savvy or updated with the latest social media trends, specifically with Facebook, Instagram and TikTok- Highly creative individual who thinks outside the box
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Tagalog and English
- Familiarity with Korean language and culture is a plus
Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic and multicultural startup environment- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-driven individual and team player
- Good in organization (attention to detail) and time management skills
Must be willing to visit our office in BGC twice a week for coordination of activities
