Your Role
The Sales Team Leader complements origination and account management functions and processes. The incumbent is responsible to build and maintain rapport with the clients and continuously enhance/improve the Department's functions and processes with strict compliance to Bank's Policy and Regulatory standards.
Your Impact
- Attend various meetings and actively participate on discussions related to Sales developments and origination
- Coordinate with various interdependent Head Office Departments / Units relative to Pre-approval and Approval activities / processes enterprise wide.
- Assist in the documentation of the policy and process enhancements via the Operations Manual (OM).
- Ensure compliance on document deficiency to safeguard Bank's interest and observe practices and/or principles as cascaded by Audit for proper guidance.
- To ensure strict adherence of the onboarding process within the existing regulatory standards and control processes.
- Coordinate with Support and ensure all necessary reports related to productivity of sales originations and bookings for productivity and capability measurements / tracking are provided and updated.
- Responsible in sourcing new developers and/or projects for accreditation. Conducts business meetings and project inspection, together with the assigned Sales Officers, with the developers to ascertain the applicable accreditation terms.
- Conducts developer calls/project visits, together with the Sales Officers for new and existing developers.
- Formulates and implements effective plans & strategies in order to achieve, if not exceed, the team's and each individual Sales Officer's targets.
- To assist in the implementation of cost effective and manageable inventory and usage of the necessary supplies and equipment for the Department.
- To assist and coordinate with Support in facilitating all hiring related concerns and requirements of the Department from the necessary documentation to on-boarding of the chosen Sales personnel.
Your Profile
- Graduate of Business Related Course
- With at least three (3) years Supervisory experience on Sales Origination functions and/or process related to Consumer Loans specifically Housing / Mortgage Loans.
- Must have Customer, Industry and Competitor knowledge, Customer Relationship Management, Building and Optimizing Stakeholders Networks and Managing Business Profitability
