Requirements: Bachelor's Degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
Willing to work onsite and on a graveyard shift
Follow recruiting strategies to attract qualified Loan Officers to join Loan Factory
Source candidates through various channels
Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future job openings
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate
qualifications and fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage
candidate data and workflow
- Work from home setup and commision based with rate of of 300-500 USD per on board.
