As a Mortgage Loan Closer, you will oversee the finalization of the mortgage loan closing process. Collaborating with loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and other stakeholders, you'll ensure that all documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations. This role is critical in ensuring that loan closings happen smoothly and efficiently, delivering a superior borrower experience.

• Manage and close a percentage of the company's loan pipeline.
  
• Collaborate with title and escrow companies to facilitate loan closings.
  
• Review and approve closing documents to ensure they meet funding requirements.
  
• Deliver loan documents to investors post-closing.
  
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including TRID, RESPA, and TILA.
  
• Provide excellent communication and support to borrowers and stakeholders during the closing process.
  

Requirements

The Key Qualities to Unlock Success

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  
• Experience in mortgage closing, loan processing, or a related role in the mortgage industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending processes, including TRID, RESPA, and TILA regulations.
  
• Proficient in Encompass (preferred) and other mortgage-related software.
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
  
• A proactive learner, motivated to contribute to the company's production and success.
  
• Ability to manage multiple closing files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate and resolve closing challenges efficiently.
