Mnimize dependencies on Outsource Providers wherein sudden increases in attrition rates would significantly impact collection performance and lead to higher delinquencies.
Initially, test will be done for M3. Review of our current workload determined that the most critical area that requires immediate attention are the buckets M3 and up wherein the computations and handling of these accounts are much complicated.
As such, we are recommending to do the Champion-Challenger test on this bucket.
