Operating molding machines in accordance with established procedures- Checking molds for defects and taking corrective action
Carrying out quality control checks and recording data
- Troubleshoot equipment or tooling issues during production
Provide analysis, spreadsheets, charts, and graphs related to injection molding processes- Verify process parameters and implement changes, as appropriate, to improve cycle times
Inspecting parts to ensure they meet the customer specifications
Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable in ISO 9001/14001, IATF 16949 and VDA
With at least 1-3 years experience as molding technician or equivalent- Strong mechanical abilities & knowledge- preferably in Injection Molding and Automotive Industry
Willing to render overtime
