JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for an experienced Plastic Injection Mold Maker. The main responsibility is to create new molds for plastic injection molding and to make repairs or adjustments to existing molds using precision tools and blueprints.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in mold making and mold repair in plastic injection molding.
Principles of Plastic Injection Mold Designing and Assembly (Repair & Mold Making)- Ability to read CAD mold design drawing
Capable to operate Lathe Machine, Milling Machines, Surface Grinder.
- CNC Milling Programming & Operation
MS Windows Application (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)- Fabricates the new mold, and performs all the machining, measuring, checking, and fitting of parts, to make an efficient and productive mold, free of problems, quality issues, and processing difficulties.
Maintains all active molds in good working condition, with the assistance of the other machine shop crew members.
- Operates the conventional machines in the machine/ mold shop.
Maintains his machine and area, making it clean and the machine in proper running condition.- Assists ts in the repairs and fabrication of molds, making sure that the work is done properly, accurately, and on time.

Schedule: - 8 hour shift
