Bestelement Industrial Ltd. Inc. (manufacturing company in Clark, Pampanga)Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or apprenticeship in tool and die making or mold making is preferred.
Proven experience in die cast zinc mold making, with a strong understanding of mold design principles and manufacturing processes.- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for mold design and programming (e.g., SolidWorks, Pro/ENGINEER, Mastercam, etc.).
Proficient in operating conventional machining equipment, including CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and EDM machines.
- Strong knowledge of metallurgy, materials selection, and heat treatment processes relevant to mold fabrication.
Precision craftsmanship with attention to detail and the ability to work to tight tolerances.- Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mold issues and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks to meet production schedules.
