JOB DESCRIPTION:- Checks and monitors monthly mold preventive maintenance schedule.
Assists mold engineer in the monitoring and checking of mold daily cavity status.- Conducts mold cleaning, parts measurement and replacement.
Conducts mold troubleshooting and emergency maintenance inside production.
- Conducts and monitor of measuring instruments calibration.
Operates machine for fabrication, repair and maintenance of mold spare parts, jigs and fixtures.- Assist Section manager in achieving production goal of each process.
Report problem of each process to superior.
- Prepares and updates mold maintenance report every after maintenance done.
Monitors and updates mold parts inventory.- Maintains or implement 5S activities in work place.
Maintains and follow proper ISO procedures and GMP requirements.
- Observe and apply safety rules and regulation.
Performs other tasks assigned by immediate superior from time to time.- Perform duties as designated PIC in the absence of the Engineer and Leader.
2 years vocational / Technical courses- With or without work experience.
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
