- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in mold design and engineering within the zinc die casting industry, with a strong understanding of die casting processes and principles- Proficiency in CAD software for mold design and simulation (e.g., SolidWorks, Pro/ENGINEER, Moldflow, etc.).
Knowledge of materials selection, metallurgy, and heat treatment processes relevant to mold design and fabrication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex mold-related issues and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and precision in mold design and development.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to mold design, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
