Qualifications - Preferably college level, but Highschool graduate is acceptable.
Have at least 5-10 years of experience- Attention and eye for detail.

Able to read and interpret cabinet plans and specifications
- Layout and mark all cabinets at site
Able to use all wood working equipment both electric and manual- Knows how to use all measurement tools
Understand the use and adjustments of all Initial and Final measurement for clients.
- Coordinate with Site Engineer/Designs/Production/Sales.
Knowledgeable in handling all kitchen accessories and hardware- Able to guide installers to achieve results
Monitor and report manpower attendance
- Realtime reporting on site status.
Turn-over and Punchlist completed site
