Your Responsibilities
With the opportunity to work with customers at different stages in their digital transformation, you'll play a key role in the delivery of end-to-end projects with a focus on analysis, planning, design, build and configuration of Modern Workplace and Security technologies. You'll also contribute to our internal engineering culture through your involvement in developing new offerings and knowledge sharing. Workplace and Security technologies include:
Endpoint Management Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Co-Management, MECM/SCCM, Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 10/11, iOS, macOS and Android operating systems
Microsoft 365 Platform - Exchange Online/Hybrid, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform and Copilot
Security Solutions - Defender suite (Defender for Endpoint, Cloud, Cloud Apps, Identity, O365), Sentinel, Privileged Identity Management and M365 Defender
Identity and Access Management Entra ID, Role based access controls, authentication protocols, Identity Governance, Identity Lifecycle Management, Hybrid Identity configuration, Active Directory, Conditional Access and Entitlement Management
Information Security & Compliance Secure Score, Microsoft Purview, Information Protection, Insider Risk Management, Data Loss prevention, Microsoft Priva and Azure Policy
Content migration M365 Tenant to M365 Tenant or On-Prem to M365 Tenant for Microsoft 365 platforms (E.g. Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner)
Scripting and automation PowerShell, Python and Microsoft Graph
Your Background
Minimum 5 years experience in a customer facing, engineering or consulting role
Proven experience designing and delivering Modern Workplace and Security Solutions
Experience conducting client workshops across all levels of stakeholders
The ability to work autonomously or in small teams to deliver project outcomes with a consultative mindset
Excellent documentation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Curiosity to keep learning and consider things differently
Must Haves
Minimum 5 years experience in a customer facing, engineering or consulting role
Mid-senior level experience with Modern Workplace and Security technologies
Experience with writing solution designs, process diagrams, how-to/end-user reference guides and as-built documentation
Experience with assessing and identifying gaps in customer environments against Microsoft best practice and consulting with customer stakeholders to make recommendations and identify next steps
Experience within a variety of customer environments to execute digital transformation, Microsoft 365 adoption, modern device management, security uplift or merger & acquisition based programmes of work
