- Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervises sales of all Crown merchandisers in retail outlets.
- Ensures that products and merchandising displays are properly implemented, clean and well maintained.
Ensures minimum balance of inventory and product availability with minimal returns of damaged items.- Prepares and implement schedules of store visits regularly.
Conducts physical inventory every week and whenever necessary.
College degree from a reputable university, preferably majoring in Business or Marketing
- At least three (2) years experience in supervising merchandisers in a retail setting
Possesses supervisory skills- Honest; Of high integrity and good moral character
Self-driven; career-and-and results oriented and can work under tight time pressure and with minimum supervision
- Flexible in work hours; can render overtime if necessary
Willing to work at Canumay East, Valenzuela.
