In-charge of PRO concept shop operations:- Including recruitment of promoters, store operation SOP, KPI setting
Ensure all store process are followed and complied.
- Handles inventory management, store display standards and POSM management
Conducts proper alignment with OIC, cashiers and front liners.- Concept shop construction coordination
Keeps store identity standards
- LDU management and in store promotion execution
Ensure all after sales service standards are met, including service SOP, service SLA and service process are aligned with HQ requirement.
- 2 years of experience with store management and people management
- Experience in telco industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related course
- Willing to work onsite
