Mobile Developer (iOS/Android) - For Pooling

CI&T is seeking skilled Sr. & Mid Mobile Developers to join our high-performing and growing team in the Philippines. These are Full-Time positions which will require working the day shift (ANZ Time Zones).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to develop mobile applications.
• Develop and implement high-quality software applications.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Conduct code reviews.
• Troubleshoot complex issues.
• Work in software development processes based on Lean, Agile principles, and DevOps best practices.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the execution of best practices in Agile Software Engineering and DevSecOps.
• Carry out any other duties that may reasonably be required in line with your main duties.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience of more than five (5) years as a Mobile Developer (iOS/Android).
• Exposure to Native Mobile Development (iOS - Swift/Android - Kotlin).
• Good practices in Agile Software Engineering and DevSecOps, such as TDD, Test Pyramid, CI/CD, Feature Toggle, Clean Architecture, Build&Run, etc.
• Experience with RESTful API integration in mobile apps.
• Knowledge of mobile application security best practices.
• Innovative and idea-driven, able to research, and suggest solutions to technical problems.
• Strong attention to detail and quality driven.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, connecting, and collaborating with others.
• Excellent communication skills and has the ability to confidently communicate with stakeholders.
• Depending on experience, the candidate may qualify for either a Senior or Mid Developer position.
• Currently, this job is open only for applicants residing in the Philippines.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS).
• Certifications in relevant technologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with Jenkins.
• Experience with Bluetooth Technology.

Additional Information

Salary Offered: Php 40,000.00 - 120,000.00 (commensurate with experience)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)

Work Location: Qeuzon City

Shift Schedule: Day (specific hours TBD); 9 hours a day, 5 days a week

Availability: June 2024
