JOB SUMMARY
Oversee and coordinate the conduct of Mobile Community TB Caravans for
Vulnerable Populations.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
- Facilitate the planning, conceptualizing, scheduling and execution of Mobile
Community TB Caravan events with DOH Regional Offices, LGUs and
Program Officers(TBCP)
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in preparing for the events.
- Prepare necessary documents or forms and coordinates with PBSP support
services for the logistical requirements of the events.
- Support the RHU staff and act as nurse during the screening activities in the
area.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for efficient run of the events.
- Prepare all event and program-related documentation and reports
communications oil, and etc. Ensure that the vehicle is always on a good
running condition;
- Performs other related functions as may be assigned by the supervisor and
management
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES
Education : Must be a licensed Nurse
Experience : Preferably with at least 1 year of DOTS
clinical experience (private or public, PMDT
clinical experience an advantage).
Experience in coordination with LGUs,
funding organizations, DOH and other
Donors preferred. Preferably with
experience in Health Program or Program
Management.
Other / Special Skills : Excellent written and oral communication
skills; Working knowledge and experience
with Microsoft Office and Google
applications
Knowledgeable and familiar with technical,
clinical and operational aspects of the NTP,
particularly DOTS.
Knowledgeable in facilitating meetings,
workshops and planning.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php29,000.00 per month
