ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage, maintain, and improve reporting requirements for the team
Create dashboards and decks for business reviews and presentations.
Acts as SME for all data mgmt. and reporting/analytics function:
Knows basic automation of reports;
Provides basic analysis to reports and gives recommendations on how to improve numbers
Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources and correlate into insightful information and reports forhigh-level analysis
Work with end users to gather requirements, identify and understand discrepancies, performtroubleshooting, and resolve issues
Identify opportunities to automate recurring requests for reports and data Optimize reports and data extracts, ensuring data sources are properly indexed, and other optimizationtechniques
Validate data and proactively identify potential data issues (inconsistencies between sources,missing/incomplete data, etc.)
In-charge of all onboarding-related activities such as: processing of background checks and preemploymentmedical exam, collection of preemployment requirements, 201 filing, asset provision and NT login creationrequests etc within the agreed SLA
Manage the day to day operations of risk mitigation and policy and procedure development with primaryresponsibility for the overall implementation and maintenance of Sagility compliance and incidentmanagement platform including the development and delivery of system support processes, tools andtraining and responsibility for promoting and improving the risk and compliance culture:
o Assist in external reviews and regular audits
o Execute the BAU compliance plan under the direction and supervision of an internal compliance officer
o Facilitate in reporting of suspicious transactions
o Perform compliance reviewso Prepare and update all risk and compliance-related manuals
o Provide compliance advisory to business units and business functionso Provide support to internal compliance officers in organizing, designing, and delivering complianceplatform
o Recognize common compliance vulnerabilities and recommend basic compliance controls to mitigatecompliance risks
o Maintain QISMIS and ensure compliance on data mgmt
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Must have relevant recruitment experience
Must have intermediate to advance proficiency level with Microsoft Excel (advanced would be highlypreferred), and other MS tools such as: Word, PPT, etc
Ability to scrub, dissect and visualize data; create customized reports
An analytical thinker, capable of synthesizing complex or diverse information, conducting data collectionand research, and using intuition and experience to complement data. Solid critical thinking, problemsolving, and interpersonal skills. Must demonstrate sound arithmetic, analytical and problem-solving ability
Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks with attention to detail. Musthave a keen eye for details, strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to adapt to workload and multitask with attention to detail in a dynamic environment
Able to understand user requirements, collect and assess how data can be utilized to produce their desiredoutput
Excellent verbal, written and comprehension skills. With good verbal and written communication skills inorder to properly communicate with employees from different levels of the organization. Effectivecommunication with colleagues and management through verbal, written, and listening channels
Demonstrates ability to give and receive feedback with peers and business partners
Excellent interpersonal skills, including a proven track record of effectively communicating with various departments to understand and outline processes Optimistic attitude in a fast-paced, demanding environment

Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, weekends off,
midshift to late midshift start of working hours
