Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for data backup and retrieval of information.
Responsible for ensuring internet connectivity is accessible and running at optimum speed at all times.
Responsible for providing technical support and resolution in a timely manner.
Responsible for assisting with software support when necessary.
Researching new technologies and products that will streamline users efficiency and assist the company in reducing expenses and achieve its goals.
Maintains security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Maintaining and upgrading network infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
Maintains cameras, computers, & software and internet connectivity to ensure they are working at optimum levels. With minimal to no down time.
Provides training to employees on how to use computer systems and software effectively.
Responsible for the inventory of all hardware and software by cost centers and locations
Responsible for recommending disposable of outdated equipment.
To create a centralized database that gives department's access to the data they require.
Perform an annual audit of the company's IT resources.
Assist inventory team for all internal audits.
Proficient in excel for data analysis review
Responsible for assisting other IT officers in Inventory analysis and pulling of data from internal Accounting/Inventory system ( Odoo).
Other task that may assign.
