Join the Philippine Team! A rare opportunity exists to join our IT team as a MIS Coordinator supporting the Australian Volunteers Program.
The Australian Volunteers Program is an Australian Government funded initiative and is managed by AVI. The program supports skilled Australian volunteers to work alongside organisations to sustainably build the capacity of people, organisations and communities in various countries across the Pacific, Asia and Africa.
This role will support the efficient management, optimisation, and utilisation of Salesforce, the Management Information System (MIS) for the Australian Volunteers Program. It will work closely with the Salesforce Product Owner; and, functions include administering Salesforce to meet organisational and program requirements, maintaining data integrity, and providing ongoing support to end-users, including reporting.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT and/or equivalent experience in a similar systems administration/ support role.- Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent certification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and configuration, with a strong understanding of Salesforce data model and architecture, including Community or Experience Cloud
- Minimum 2 years experience with business analysis (gathering and documenting requirements)
Extensive hands-on administering and configuring of Salesforce, including user management, security settings, workflow automation, process builder, validation rules, and custom object creation- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Analytical thinking and ability to simplify information and technical jargon so that it is understood by stakeholders (end users)
