Job Description

  • Setup the milling machine by installing and adjusting cutting tools.
  • Operate the machine to remove material from the workpiece.

  • Inspect the workpiece using precision measuring tools.
  • Maintain quality by making adjustments to machine settings.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks like cleaning, lubricating moving parts, and checking and replacing cutting tools.
  • Follow strict safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
  • Keep accurate records of production output, machine settings, and inspection results.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during operation.
  • Contribute to the efficiency and success of manufacturing processes.
