Job Description

As a Mid-Level Business Analyst (Mid-BA), you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional designs. You will recommend user processes and procedures, ensuring that the project meets defined objectives. Additionally, you will create and manage implementation schedules, including milestones, development stages, and delivery dates, while tracking progress. You will work closely with internal teams to address issues and escalate them to management when necessary, ensuring the implementation scope is maintained and changes adhere to the established Change Control Process. Risk assessment and mitigation are key elements of this role, along with overseeing user training, both online and onsite, and managing handover processes.

You are a detail-oriented and analytical professional with experience in business analysis, implementation, and project management. You are skilled at translating complex requirements into functional designs and have the ability to manage multiple project components simultaneously. You excel at identifying and mitigating risks and are confident in facilitating user training and stakeholder communications. Your expertise in maintaining scope control and adhering to structured processes ensures smooth project execution from start to finish.

Job Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis and project management.
• Ability to create and maintain implementation schedules and track progress.
• Experience with requirements analysis, solution design, and product testing.
• Skilled in managing work plans during client implementation.
• Capable of facilitating issue resolution and escalation.
• Strong understanding of Change Control Processes.
• Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Ability to lead user training, both online and onsite.
