Mid Manual QA Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Ability to analyze, understand and translate requirements into corresponding test cases/scenarios.

Create/Write, maintain and execute test cases / test plans / test scripts

• Responsible to perform from Test requirement analysis design, test development and test execution

Perform the different types of testing such as (but not limited to) Smoke, Functional, UI, Regression, Compatibility, Exploratory, Integration, System, Data Validation, etc.

• Work closely with QA Team and global team counterparts

Attend meetings, interact with Developers, Project Managers, onsite and offsite QA on issues/clarifications

• Document and log defects using a bug tracking system

Ability to create, maintain and send reports such as Daily/Weekly Test Status Report and other QA / Ad hoc reports as needed

• Qualifications:

With at least 3 to 5 years strong software testing experience on web and mobile applications

• With web application testing experience on E-commerce applications

Experience in testing Ecommerce domain with equivalent to technology platform like SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) or similar digital solutions

• Knowledge of Backoffice, Smart edit, HAC

Fast learner, detail oriented, team player and self-starter / self- managing individual

• Good comprehension, analytical, testing and problem-solving skills

High skilled in time, priority and task management

• With strong interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-functional and global teams

Able to work independently and make quality-based decisions

• Excellent verbal and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative and good judgment

Preferred:

• With testing experience on application integration

With knowledge of Agile development/testing methodology

• With knowledge on different testing techniques such as (but not limited to) Risk based testing, Equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, etc.

Familiar with any of the following technologies: JIRA or any defect tracking tool, Confluence, SharePoint, Browserstack and Azure DevOps
