Mid Automation Tester

Required Qualifications:

• At least 4-5 years of experience as a test engineer

Hands-on experience with various types of testing, such as functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and performance testing.

• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, strategies, and techniques

Proficient in using test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, UFT, Katalon Studio, OUTA among others.

• Proficient in using API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, among others.

Proficient in using performance testing tools such as Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, BlazeMeter, NeoLoad among others.

• Proficient in defect tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or HP Quality Center.

Proficient in test management tools like Zephyr, TestRail, TestLink, Xray among others.

• Understanding of programming languages commonly used in testing, such as Java, Python, or C#.

Familiar with testing frameworks and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

• Mobile Testing: Knowledge of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and experience in testing mobile applications on various devices.

Web Testing: Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web testing tools

• Optional but preferred:

ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) Certified

• TILv4 Foundation Certified

Experience in working in Utilities/Energy Distribution Industry
